Construction and Building Materials Testing Services
Contract Overview: This contract provides access to construction and building materials testing, inspection, engineering, environmental, and related consulting services. Services are available on an as-needed, project-specific basis and may be initiated through a purchase order, written authorization, email request, or another approved procurement method.
Services include construction materials testing and special inspections, geotechnical engineering and subsurface exploration, environmental assessment and remediation, industrial hygiene, building envelope and roofing consulting, structural and forensic engineering, pavement and infrastructure consulting, facility condition assessments, construction monitoring, and laboratory testing.
Services are provided throughout Michigan’s Lower Peninsula. Participating agencies work directly with TEC’s designated project coordinator to define the project scope, confirm scheduling, and receive project-specific information before work begins.
